The Customer agrees to abide by these and merchant-specific terms when purchasing products and services from Lively Resort Ltd/Lupland Internet services.
• Prices shown on the website include VAT.
• We sell products to legal adults and corporate customers.
• We reserve the right to change prices.
• The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
• We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The Customer must familiarize themselves with the current delivery terms before placing an order.
These conditions apply to rented and reserved services, collectively referred to as 'property'.
Reservation
• The Customer is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the description and instructions of the reserved property/properties as well as the reservation-related conditions.
• The reservation made by the Customer is binding when the order/payment confirmation has been sent to the email address provided by the Customer.
• The Customer pays for the reservation according to the chosen method of payment, adhering to the terms of the chosen payment method.
• The reservation system sends the order/payment confirmation to the email address provided by the Customer.
• The Merchant is not responsible for failed reservations, and the Customer must promptly contact the Merchant to rectify the situation.
• The Merchant does not guarantee that the property is still available in this situation.
• If the property is not available, a refund will be issued, or if possible, an alternative property will be offered.
Cancellations and Changes
• The cancellation date is the day the Merchant receives notice of the cancellation.
• The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the cancellation is sent in a timely manner.
• If the Customer cancels their reservation,
• If there are 14 days or more until the start of the reservation, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total reservation price will be charged.
• If there are less than 14 days but at least 7 days until the start of the reservation, 50% of the reservation price of the property will be charged.
• If there are less than 7 days until the start of the reservation, the full reservation price will be charged.
Merchant's Right to Cancel Reservation
• In case of force majeure, the Merchant may cancel the reservation. The customer who booked the property will be notified of the cancellation without delay.
• In this case, the Customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
• Any expenses incurred by the Customer due to the cancellation resulting from force majeure will not be reimbursed.
Compensation for Damages
• The Customer is liable to compensate the Merchant for any damage caused to the rented equipment. The renter is also responsible for any damage caused by other persons using the property during the reservation period.
• The Merchant does not compensate the Customer for any inconvenience or costs caused by natural conditions, such as insects, animals, adverse weather conditions, or unexpected changes in weather.
Complaints
• Any complaints must be made as soon as possible after the issue arises.
• If a satisfactory solution cannot be reached or if there is a claim for compensation, the complaint must be sent in writing within one month of the end of the rental period.
• The Merchant aims to process the complaint as quickly as possible, but no later than within one month.
• If the Customer and the Merchant fail to reach an agreement, the Customer may refer the matter to the Consumer Complaints Board.
Formation of Contract
A binding contract for the purchase is formed when the order is confirmed (order confirmation/payment confirmation).
The order confirmation/payment confirmation is sent to the Customer via email.
Cancellation and Return
Products have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act.

The right of return does not apply to leisure services agreed upon for a specific time.
The Customer is responsible for the usual costs of returning the products.
The Merchant uses reliable and secure payment intermediaries for its services.
The Merchant does not store bank or credit card information at any stage.
The Customer agrees to adhere to the terms of their chosen method of payment.
If the payment transaction is not successfully completed at the time of ordering, the Merchant will not process the order.
